Begusarai: A Shocking news coming from Bihar ‘s Begisarai where a railway employee, Amar Kumar Raut, died after being trapped between a rail bogie at Barauni Junction in Begusarai. 

Railway Employee Crushed

The railway employee remained trapped like this for about 2 hours with no assistance being provided. 

The deceased railway employee has been identified as 35-year-old shunting man Amar Kumar Raut, a resident of Dalsinghsarai in Samastipur district. It is said that today 15204 Lucknow-Barauni Express arrived at platform number five of Barauni Junction. After all the passengers got off, the engine had to be changed to take the train for shunting. To carry out the process of changing the engine, shunting man Amar Kumar Raut was opening the coupling between the engine and the bogie. During this time, he got crushed when the engine was backed. He died on the spot in this accident.

There was chaos on the spot after the incident. Currently, two hours after the incident, the body has been taken out and kept on the platform.

DRM has ordered an inquiry into the accident.
