Man’s Body Chopped into 7 Pieces Found In Plastic Bag Near Mumbai’s Gorai Beach

Mumbai: The dismembered body of a man was found in seven pieces in a plastic bag near Mumbai’s Gorai beach on Monday, the Mumbai police confirmed. The body was recovered from a plastic bag and the victim’s age was said to be between 25 and 40 years and his identity was not known yet.

The incident came to light when a person informed the police about a foul smell coming from the spot. When the police arrived, they found the man’s body chopped into seven pieces and kept in four plastic bags.

The Mumbai police have found clothes on the man’s body and a tattoo on the hand in the plastic bags.

The police have sent the remains for post-mortem examination and registered a case in connection with the discovery. 

Investigations are underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the death and identify the person responsible.
