Hyderabad Horror: Man Kills Wife on Wedding Day

The accused, 22-year-old Pollola Vignesh married the victim on November 8 and on that very evening, he banged his wife’s head against the wall making her unconscious. He then strangled his newly-wedded wife with a saree and murdered her.

Vignesh had met the victim in a temple and they befriended each other on Instagram five months ago. For the last one month, the couple was living together after the victim accepted Vignesh’s proposal. Their relationship went through a rocky phase when she discovered he was speaking to someone else while being with her.

Seeing this, the victim continued to pressurise her boyfriend for marriage and despite him promising to marry her after speaking to his parents, she was not convinced. Irritated by the constant pressure, the man decided to kill her but since her friends did not initially welcomed his plan, he decided to marry her first and then carry out his sinister plan of murder.
