Bhubaneswar: Petrol and diesel prices remained stable in the capital city of Odisha , Bhubaneswar, on Sunday. The price of petrol was recorded at Rs 100.97 per litre, while diesel was priced at Rs 92.55 per litre.
In contrast, the neighbouring city of Cuttack saw a minor increase in fuel prices over the last 24 hours. Petrol prices in Cuttack rose by 0.44 paise, now standing at Rs 101.63 per litre, while diesel prices increased slightly to Rs 93.18 per litre.
Further south, in Malkangiri, the prices of petrol and diesel remained unchanged, with petrol priced at Rs 102.58 per litre and diesel at Rs 94.19 per litre.
Across India, fuel prices varied significantly. In major cities, petrol was priced as follows:
– Chennai: Rs 100.80 per litre
– Kolkata: Rs 104.95 per litre
– Mumbai: Rs 103.44 per litre
Meanwhile, the price of diesel in these cities was:
– Chennai: Rs 92.39 per litre
– Kolkata: Rs 91.76 per litre
– Mumbai: Rs 89.97 per litre
In the national capital, Delhi, petrol was recorded at Rs 94.77 per litre and diesel at Rs 87.67 per litre.
