At the 2024 Ballon d’Or Awards hosted in Paris on Monday, Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti won the title for best men’s football coach.

Having won the UEFA Champions League, the Spanish Super Cup, and La Liga in the last season, Ancelotti has led the team to 14 noteworthy titles across two tenures. Real Madrid and its players were therefore beneficiaries of three awards—the Gerd Müller Trophy for top joint goalscorer (given to Kylian Mbappé), Best Men’s Team, and Best Men’s Team Coach—none of which the club accepted in France.
