Uncapped Australia Batter Gears Up For India’s Jasprit Bumrah, Reveals He Is Studying The Pacer

While speaking to the Australian radio station SEN on Tuesday, Nathan McSweeney opened up on facing India vice-captain and pace sensation, Jasprit Bumrah. To gear up for the Border Gavaskar Trophy series and get his equation right against the lethal Indian bowling attack, McSweeney has been studying Bumrah as he takes notes by watching his video footage. The 25-year-old said that Bumrah could be a challenge for him and he intends to be as prepared as possible.

“I’ll definitely dive a lot deeper into it when I get to Perth, but I can’t help myself. I’ve looked at a few clips of what they’re bowling attack stacks up like. I’m just trying to visualise how I’m going to go about it. Facing a new bowler can be a slight challenge to just pick up their action.
