Bareilly Restaurant Owner And Staff Beaten By Men Over Food Bill

New Delhi: A group of youth allegedly assaulted the restaurant owner and his employees in Bareilly’s Thana Premnagar area on Monday. According to reports, 3-4 youths entered the restaurant, consumed food, and refused to pay when asked.

When asked to pay by the restaurant staff around 15-20 individuals assaulted the manager and three employees with kicks and belts, leaving them severely injured.

Witnesses pleaded for mercy, but the assailants ignored them and fled.

SP City Manush Parikh confirmed that a case was registered at Premnagar police station under relevant sections, naming Arsh Raza and 20-25 unknown people as accused. Police have taken three into custody and are investigating further.
