Executive Can’t Become a Judge and Decide on Demolitions: SC Talks Tough on Bulldozer Action

New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India is all set to announce verdict on the “Bulldozer justice” on Wednesday. The apex court observed that the executive cannot become a judge in a case and demolish the house of an accused person in the name of justice, ANI reported.
