Valmiki Corp Case: Karnataka HC Dismisses To Transfer Probe To CBI

New Delhi: The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition filed by Union Bank seeking to transfer the investigation in the Valmike Corporation case from the state police to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). 

The High Court had reserved its order on September 30 after hearing arguments from both parties.
