Jasprit Bumrah Asserts No Carryover from New Zealand Series Ahead of Border-Gavaskar Trophy

The Indian cricket team will aim for glory in the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia. India and Australia are two of the greatest cricketing nations, and India’s recent whitewash against a 3-game Test series against New Zealand adds a lot more anticipation for the 5-match Test series, which will start on November 22, 2024, in Perth.

Jasprit Bumrah made a huge statement about NZ loss ahead of BGT

India’s stand-in skipper Jasprit Bumrah on Thursday insisted that his team is not carrying any baggage from the unprecedented 0-3 defeat at home against New Zealand as it embarks on a challenging Test series against fierce rivals Australia.

The five-match Test series starts on Friday.

Bumrah also said that the team has finalised its playing XI although he will reveal it only at the toss.
