Mike Tyson-Jake Paul to be SUSPENDED Following Netflix Fight – REPORT

Jake Paul beat Mike Tyson in the much-awaited Netflix match, but now there is some controversy. Following the epic battle, it has come to light that it was Tyson who forced Paul for the fight to be professionally sanctioned and go on their records. Now, both are at the risk of getting suspended from competing further.

The Sun reports, “Jake Paul who won via a unanimous decision, has claimed it was Mike Tyson that pushed for the fight to be professionally sanctioned and go on their records. However, as a result, the pair could now be suspended.”

Tyson, at 57, was making his return to the ring after 19 years, while Paul sought to further legitimize his boxing career. The highly-anticipated Netflix fight was marketed as the “showdown of the century.”

PAUL REGISTERS BIGGEST WIN

The much anticipated return of ‘the baddest man on the planet’ Mike Turn turned out to be a disappointing affair for the fans who waited for ‘Iron Mike’s return to the ring after 19 years. But that return turned out to be a disappointing affair in the AT & T Stadium at Dallas, as Jake Paul emerged victorious after 8 rounds via unanimous decision.  

Despite his victory, Jake Paul was slammed by pundits and fans alike for his unconvincing performance and failing to beat a 58 year old Mike Tyson. UFC superstar in Conor McGregor also voiced his disappointment with Jake Paul as the YouTuber turned boxer was urged to pick up real fights. 

The fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson started with a lot of anticipation and excitement and despite going down to the wire of 8 rounds.
