Netflix Reveal WHOPPING Number Of Fans That Watched JAKE PAUL vs MIKE TYSON On Streaming Platform

The boxing bout between two of the biggest names in the boxing world was one of the most anticipated and watch event in the world. The boxing bout between retire legendary heavyweight boxer and one of the greatest of all time- Mike Tyson and former youtuber and entertainer Jake Paul had fans glued to their screens as they tuned in for the boxing match. This was also the first boxing event that was live streamed on the streaming platform Netflix. 

Netflix released a statement after the fight and revealed a whopping number of people who watched the match. 

Netflix Reveals Huge Number Of Fans Who Match Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul 

The boxing match between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson was a highly anticipated event, it was earlier supposed to take place in July but Mike Tyson had to pull out of the fight due to health concerns. The fight in itself did not live up to expectations and in the end they saw a legend fall as Mike Tyson lost the match to Jake Paul.

In a statement released after the fight, Netflix stated that a whopping 60 million people tuned in to watch the boxing fight. At the peak of people tuning in, it was revealed that 65 million people were watching the fight. 

“60 million households around the world tuned in live to watch Paul vs. Tyson!

“The boxing mega-event dominated social media, shattered records, and even had our buffering systems on the ropes,” said Netflix in their statement which they released via social media platform X. 

The Most Watched Women’s Professional Sporting Event 

In the co-main event of the Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul boxing match, Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor faced off against each other. The fight ended in a shocking decision that saw Katie Taylor pick up the win over Amanda Serrano.

“Nearly 50 million households globally tuned in live for the co-main event of Serrano vs. Taylor — the bout is likely to be the most watched professional women’s sporting event in U.S. history,” said Netflix about the fight between Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor.
